This article will take you through the steps to change your Sparkol account password.
You will need to know your current password in order to be able to change it using these instructions. If you’ve forgotten your account password see Forgot password.
Step 1. Log into your online Sparkol account.
This is done via the Sparkol website by clicking on ‘Account’ in the top right corner (A).
Enter the email address you signed up for an account with (B) and password (C) and click Log-in (D).
Step 2. Select the ‘Profile’ tab.
After logging in you will automatically be taken to the ‘Summary’ tab (E). Click the ‘Profile’ tab (F) to view your account profile details. Then click ‘Edit’ (G).
Step 3. Change your password.
Enter your current password (H), your new password (I) and your new password again to confirm (J).
Click 'Save' (K) to confirm the changes.
After clicking 'Save', a message will appear saying the password was successfully changed (L).
