If you have forgotten your password you can follow these steps to create a new one
Please Note: If you have forgotten which email address is linked to your VideoScribe account, please contact support for assistance. The steps on this page will only work if you know your account email address.
Step 1. Go to the reset password page
Follow link: https://www.sparkol.com/Forgotten-Password
Step 2. Request a password reset link
Type your Sparkol email address in (A), tick the ReCaptcha (B) then click ‘SEND’ (C)
Step 3. Click the reset password link.
A reset link will be sent to your email address and is valid for 24 hours. Click the link (C)
If you have waited more than 24 hours please start again at Step 1.

Step 4. Type and set your new password
Enter a new password (D) and confirm (E). Then click the set password button (F)
Step 5. You will be taken to the login page
Enter your email address and your recently changed password then click ‘login’ (G) to access your account.
