If you have received a voucher code from us in an email, this article will show you how to use it.
Step 1. Select your payment plan
To use your voucher code, you will need to go to the VideoScribe buy page and select the payment plan that you would like to buy.
Step 2. Log into your account
When you click on the payment plan you have chosen you will be asked to log into your account. Enter your Sparkol account email address (A) and password (B). If you are already logged in, skip this step.
Step 3. Enter in your address information first, followed by your voucher code
Some voucher codes are specific to certain regions so please complete your address information first (C). Then check the ‘Do you have a voucher code?’ tick box (D)
Enter your voucher code into the box (E), voucher codes are case sensitive.
Click on ‘APPLY CODE’ to apply your discount (F).
The price will be updated.
Step 4. Select Proceed to Payment and complete the checkout process
Check to ensure your address is correct and then enter your payment information.
Acknowledge that you understand that you are setting up a subscription for which you will make an immediate payment followed by regular payments by checking the box (G).
Read the payment, licence and user terms and if you accept them, check the box to agree (H).
Click ‘Pay Now’ (I).
